Mrs. Pawuk started her legal career in the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office, prosecuting juvenile, misdemeanor and felony charges. She was the lead trial attorney in the misdemeanor division and domestic violence prosecutor for the felony division. Mrs. Pawuk has tried dozens of cases before a jury and has extensive courtroom experience. Most importantly, Mrs. Pawuk is experienced in negotiating plea agreements that are advantageous for both sides.

After working in the State Attorney's Office Mrs. Pawuk started her own firm, Stephanie T. Pawuk, P.A., with an office in St. Petersburg, FL. She then took several years off to start a family. Mrs. Pawuk, has practiced law for 9 years. While in practice, Mrs. Pawuk has volunteered hundreds of hours of pro bono services and in 2005 won an award for her work at the Community Law Program in St. Petersburg, FL. She is currently serving as a Guardian ad Litem advocate for abused and neglected children. Mrs. Pawuk also works with Bay Area Legal Services as a pro bono attorney representing domestic violence victims.

Prior to going to law school Mrs. Pawuk worked in the business world at Home Shopping Network and the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce. She has years of experience helping people with their businesses, from writing business plans, to organization, to financing. Her great love is in helping people be successful in their business and personal endeavors.

Daniel Pawuk has spent his entire career practicing as a criminal trial lawyer. He began in 2001 as a prosecutor with the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office where he handled all misdemeanor crimes and served as a lead trial attorney for the domestic violence division. In 2003 he joined the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office where he handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases ranging in seriousness from DUI to Manslaughter.

In 2006 Mr. Pawuk joined a pre-eminent DUI/Criminal defense firm in Phoenix, Arizona, The Law Offices of Craig W. Penrod, P.C. There, he handled numerous trials and gained extensive experience in challenging both breath and blood tests in DUI cases. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pawuk has handled over one hundred jury and bench trials, and has argued countless motions and appeals.

Since the founding of his firm in 2008, Mr. Pawuk has continued to provide vigorous defense of his clients in all criminal matters throughout the Tampa Bay area. He is extremely conscious of the fact that each case involves different circumstances: some requiring careful negotiation of the best plea deal possible - some requiring aggressive defense and a trial by jury to protect a client's innocence.
